Exchanges
Wrong size? We'll swap it. You can request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached.
- Email littlecapetownclub@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send you return instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. We'll cover the cost of sending the new size back to you.
- Exchanges depend on stock. If your new size is sold out, we'll offer a different size, a different member, or store credit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we've sent the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Change of mind
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to exchange for another size within the 14-day window.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it goes back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the item. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
